By working together,  we will meet your integrated, competitive employment goals!

Job Seekers

My mission is to empower people with disabilities through individualized employment opportunities that foster self-sustainability, equality, and community.  Through partnerships with area businesses and organizations, I work to develop customized jobs that fulfill the employment goals and desires for the people I serve

We also offer PRE-EMPLOYMENT TRANSITION SERVICES.

To Sign-Up for PRE-ETS:

Clients must be at least 15 years old and still enrolled in school.  You need to contact your local Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation office to let them know you would like to participate in services.  DVR staff will reach out to set-up an appointment for you to sign paperwork for services.  Once that is done, they will give you a list of local providers for you to choose from.  Once you choose a provider, and they receive an authorization from DVR, services may begin.

Customized Employment can be broken down into five steps:

Discovery Process

I develop a relationship with you so I can learn what you want out of a career and life in general.  You help me to understand what will and will not work for you.

Discovery Profile

I create a comprehensive, written document to guide job/career development based on the information the I uncover during the Discovery Process.

Customized Plan for Employment

Your team generates a plan leading to customized employment.

Job Development

I work with local businesses to determine if your conditions, interests, and contributions identified during the Discovery Process would meet unrecognized staffing needs.

Job Analysis

I spend time at the worksite to ensure a smooth transition for both the employer and the new employee.

Statistics

Employees who complete the Customized Employment process are 40% more likely to retain their jobs after one year, compared with the national average.

Employer Benefits

Goals

I can help companies meet their Workforce Initiative and Diversity Goals.

Finding the BEST employee

Additional Training
